Spring Break 2013- Sledding Anyone?

So, there were a few small storms earlier this winter,
but those two times I didn't get the kids out to go sledding before the afternoon.
Um...by that time the snow had melted. boo.

SO, it turns out I was granted one last chance to be a good Mom,
and make sure the kids got to play in the snow at least a little this winter!

Kind of crazy that that chance happened to come on the very first day of the kid's Spring Break!
Oh well, we'll take what we can get! The kids had a FANTASTIC time, especially Ronan. He probably went down our little hill 25 times. AND climbed back up, which is always the hardest part!

All in all, a splendid way to spend "Spring" Break!
Love my cute boys.

I Heart My Valentines

As you may know. We Heart Valentine's Day in our house.
Once again, it was terrific, and we loved having our annual V-Day breakfast!

Such cute little Valentines these boys are!

My mommy makes the BEST pink pancakes

Conversation heart cookies, delicious as ever

And, I FINALLY finished my heart garland that I started a long, long time ago!
It turned out super cute.

Never a Dull Moment

So, posting about New Years in April. Yup. Sounds about right. I truly am going to try to make a mad dash to catch up, so here goes.  I could not, however, leave out a few of my favorite pics from the most recent visit from T & A. We sure miss these guys when we are apart, and love enjoying every crazy minute we are together. They came down to stay with us over New Years and we had a great time!!

These boys always make me smile. Such little hams!

 Roni and Uncle Tim- twinners

Of course we had to take our crew of 5 little boys to the National Botanical Gardens to see the trains!
Finally, a picture of all five of them with no one screaming or running away.
Now, if we can just work on the smiles. We are so close...

getting excited for Japan

The boys learning about the beloved Cocoa plant

And of course, we needed a picture with our resident Candy Man and the Cocoa tree

Bring it On 2013!
Hopefully it will be a great one!
