Movies, Movies, Movies!
Well, I just thought I'd post a little bit about how excited I am that Porter is finally getting a little bit older, and is starting to enjoy some real movies. Don't get me wrong, he is still a huge fan of such things as the Backyardigans, Thomas the Train, any Disney movie. But his new favorites include "Hairspray" or ( the dancing movie) which I love to watch with him, and as an ode to his obsession with horses his new one is "The Man from Snowy River". I know now that I have arrived, when it is going to be a favorite in my house:) Anyway, it is just fun to watch something I like 12 million times rather than cartoons sometimes! (I will always have a special place in my heart for all the kids shows though, it's just nice to have a little break!)

That is the best! I am hoping that since Bright is already in on that point that I will never have as many kids shows again. Although I sometimes choose one for so that Bright still gets to watch them too:)
Kaia's new fave is Shrek 2. Meadow bought her a portable dvd player for Christmas, and it has been my life saver. At least I can have something else going on.
