Well for our five year anniversary, we have a 5 month old who doesn't sleep through the night, so going away for a night was unfortunately not an option. We were able, however to put together a really great anniversary anyway. I have always loved our anniversary, it is one of my favorite days-so for year five we wanted to make sure it was special! So if you know Noah very well, you know that through thick and thin his favorite band was, is and will always be Matchbox 20. He has loved them ever since the day I met him, and the entire time before that. Matchbox has been a staple in our marraige almost as much as the two of us! We have had their tunes to keep us company everywhere we have gone! So many fun times of ours have strong memory ties with Matchbox 20-so anyway, as luck would have it, it couldn't have been planned more perfectly- Matchbox 20 came and we were able to go to the concert on Thursday night!!!! It was Noah's big gift, and such a fitting event! We had a blast, and it was so fun to be there together-the concert was AMAZING, they are soooooo good in concert! To any of you who get the chance, it is well worth it! So my sister-in-law Aubrye is also a huge fan, and she and Grant were able to accompany us! We all had a great time, and it will always be a treasured memory! So after an awesome pre-anniversary night, we had a great day tøgether and then got to go to "the Roof" for dinner! It was so delicious, and had a beautiful view. We were able to wallk around the temple grounds and remember our wonderful wedding day! It was all perfect!
